Due to an unplanned server update, our mail server was updated to a version that was incompatible with our management software. This caused an outage for email services around 1pm today that took about an hour to resolve.
We apologise sincerely for this interruption to the email service and have put measures in place to avoid it happening again.
Please note that our webmail service was unaffected.
